• Week 1 to 2, Discover. We map your data sources and agree the ten questions your AI must answer perfectly.
• Week 3 to 5, Build and connect. Connectors go live, the AI learns your business, first answers flow.
• Week 6, Pilot. Key users test on real questions and we tune tone, accuracy and access rules.
• Week 7 to 8, Go live. Team rollout with training, chat access and scheduled reports switched on.
• Ongoing, Improve. Monthly accuracy reviews, new sources and new questions as you grow.

Why a design studio builds our AI

CandyWrap began as a design studio doing branding, packaging, digital and UX. We learned that adoption is designed, not installed. When we started building AI for clients we kept the same discipline: the experience layer is the product. That is our advantage over pure-technology AI shops.

What you own

You get a perpetual license to your build. Customised for you, never co-owned. If you ever leave, you take a full export with you and we verify deletion on our side.
